Mind Gym is an innovative corporate training company that draws on the world of psychology to develop courses that break the category mould. Employing a huge range of bespoke activities and teaching methods – everything from quizzes to role plays, implementation plans to origami – their courses are both popular and effective.

It was this unique approach that made translating Mind Gym’s training materials such an exciting challenge. We had to ensure that the casual no-nonsense tone that had proved so compelling in English was carried over into multiple languages, while taking into account the real-world psychological and working conditions of markets as varied as Belgium, India, Japan and many more. And with materials spanning a huge range of formats and media, artworking sparkle and copy consistency were key.
